I Feel His Love

A whole month since I have written-

TODAY is my birthday:)
I am 34
I love daffodils
and marigolds
and red geraniums
I love the smell of dirt
and fresh cut grass
I love peanut butter
and McCoy Pottery
I love everything I have ever been given.....
but....
My Best birthday present ever....

LIFE

I have a million thoughts, stories, memories, words, songs...all dancing, flowing, enveloping my mind...but I just cannot seem to get them to make sense together....more about that all later, another post :)

I cannot seem to sit and write...but Calli is telling me I have to- so here I go- guess I'll start with this...
TRANSPARENT
1. permitting the uninterrupted passage of light; a clear window is transparent
2. easy to see through, understand, or recognize; obvious
3. candid, open, or frank, readily understood, nothing hidden
TRUST

1. Firm reliance on the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing.
2. Custody; care.
3. Something committed into the care of another; charge.
4.  a. The condition and resulting obligation of having confidence placed in one
   b. One in which confidence is placed.
5. Reliance on something in the future; hope.
6. Reliance on the intention and ability of a purchaser to pay in the future; credit.

The song, called, "I Feel His Love," by Laura Hackett,
truly Sums up the last month for me...
I awoke this morning and it was in my mind, coming out of every cell, I could not contain it... my mouth, my spirit sang it over and over again....

Please listen to it
download it-
play it over and over again
in your house
in your car

 I feel His Love
My faith it lifts
the weight of pain
from lonely and mistaken days ...
Of hiding behind deep dark clouds
of worthlessness
and selfish pride
My faith is my belief in truth
that God above
loves me and you
And gave us freedom,
gave us life
 to walk in love
through Jesus Christ

I am confident
that neither life or death
Can keep me from the love of Christ
Can keep me from the love of Christ
And though I cannot see
still my heart believes
And I am filled
with joy inexpressible
I feel His love
welling up on the inside of me
All those years bound in chains
He is setting me free
His love goes deeper than the pain that I feel
His love is stronger than depression or fear

It is greater
It's stronger

“…whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory…” -1 Peter 1:8

“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” -Romans 8:38-39

“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” -John 7:38

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. -Hebrews 11:6

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. -Romans 15:13
